If you would prefer to pay by check, please include a clear description of what you wish to purchase with your payment.

Shipping

Allow 1 week for all in-stock items, 3-6 weeks for custom orders.

Shipping Charges (inside the Continental U.S.)

• For purchases up to $20: $5.00 shipping
• $20.01 - 50.00: $7.00
• $50.01 - 75.00: $9.00
• $75.01 - $100.00: $12.00
• $100.01 and up: $15.00

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service

For shipping outside of the continental United States, please email sales@i-concepts.org to make arrangements to ship purchases out of the country.

Return Policy

You may return any part of your purchase for up to 15 days after receipt if you are not satisfied with it. First, contact returns@i-concepts.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, write this number on the packing slip and include it with your returned item.
